Day 1
Galatians 4: 4-5
“But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons. ” ESV

Although, we are made heirs as children of God, it wasn’t until Christ died to redeem us that we could obtain the full inheritance of our salvation. God had ordained a set time for that to take place. Before Christ came, we were like children under guardianship to the world and enslaved in our sins. But at the right time God sent His Son and set us free and adopted us into His eternal Kingdom.

God had preordained the place, the time and the circumstances which His Son would come into the world to redeem all mankind. God is not confined by the time during, before or after Christ’s sacrifice. But redeems at any time, all who believe. David sought after a savior and God revealed to him, His Son. David believed in this promise before it took place. The thief on the cross believed in Christ’s salvation as His sacrifice was taking place and was saved. Millions have believed afterwards and are saved through their faith. So just at the right time we believe and come to faith and are saved in the right circumstance and in the right place.

Dear Heavenly Father, before I was born you knew me and had predetermined my salvation through faith in your Son, Jesus Christ.
Thank you, for allowing me to hear the gospel message at the right time and in the right place.

About Doula Faith

I am first and foremost a child of God, "born again" into the Kingdom of God through faith in my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He has called me to be an "Encourager" of faith in His Son, Jesus Christ. I have learned through some painful trials of His unconditional love. The apple of my eye, is Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the Living Word.
