September 23/24 and What’s Behind the Rapture Prophesy

But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.”  Matthew 24:36

The Word of God clearly states, “no one knows the day or hour” when Christ will return, nor will know when the rapture  takes place.
(Matthew 24, Mark 13, Luke 21, Matthew 25:13).

God’s Word is the Authority over any prophesy, vision, dream, or prophetic signs. God speaks directly through His Word.

So, if someone receives a revelation, dream, vision as to a date concerning either the rapture or 2nd coming of the Lord,  it is contrary to the Word of God.
God does not contradict His Word.

So how does a false prophet get around this? Like the one appearing on YouTube, proclaiming Jesus appeared to him and gave him two dates, ( and since it falls on the Feast of the Trumpets which means – “No One Knows”), he is convincing followers that on either of these two days – 23rd or 24th of September of 2025 the rapture will take place.  This is very clever and it twists the meaning of what Jesus said to His disciples.

“But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Matthew 24:36

The prophet who is on video leading others astray, said that Jesus appeared to him and gave him those dates. Yet, Jesus said in Matthew 24:36, that not even the angels in heaven nor Jesus, Himself would know. Only the Father. Do you believe what Jesus says?

The rapture may very well be tied to the Feast of the Trumpets celebration, but we will not know the day. And if one attempts to predict, the year, or days, or hours, you can be certain it is  false.

“Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.” (1 John 4:1)

We are told to test the spirits because it is the enemy’s strategy for us to look for a sign contrary to the Word of God. Have you tested this spirit as to what the Word says?

Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come.” Matthew 24:42
What Jesus did say is to keep watch in prayer as to not lose faith. Which he also warned his disciples in Gethsemane before His arrest. (Matthew 26:41).

“It is not for you to know times or seasons that the Father has fixed by his own authority.” Acts 1:7
When the disciples asked when he would restore the Kingdom to Israel, Jesus again told them that was not for them to know but rather, after they receive power from on high (Holy Spirit) to go out and be His witnesses.
Is it for you to know the times and seasons the Father has fixed by his own authority?

So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.” Matthew 24:44
So, is Jesus coming at an hour we can expect?

God does not give confirmation to a contradiction in scripture, nor through someone’s word, or the calculation of numbers.
We are to correctly handle the Word of Truth, not reading into it what we want it to say.
(2 Timothy 2:15)

The enemy’s strategy: If Christians believe what is contrary to the Word of God, it can ruin their testimony and undermine their faith and the faith of others.
Some will become disillusioned and fall away.  Unbelievers will mock what believers say about Jesus’ return  and use it to dispute the gospel of Jesus Christ.

But know this, if you are believing what is contrary to what God’s Word says, God is very gracious and merciful and will restore you back to the Truth when you confess it to Him and pray. Believe in God’s Word, and pray for confirmation through His Word.  He will show you.  He loves you very much.

If you haven’t accepted Jesus as your personal Savior, you can now. Believe in the One who suffered and died for your sins on the cross and was resurrected to give you eternal life. The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through His Son, Jesus Christ.
Those who believe are made worthy to escape God’s wrath and forgiven.
(Romans 5:9)

If you haven’t read the scriptures in the Bible concerning what Jesus has said about His coming, read it for yourself, today.
He is coming soon, but that hour is not for us to know but in the Father’s keeping.
