I agree. You express my thoughts, exactly.
I too have noticed how important a good receptionist is. A good receptionist will carefully listen to what the patron is saying and find out if there are any other ways to assist the patron just by what they’ve said. Lately I’ve been turned off by the ones that greet me first when coming into a company so much so that I don’t go back. It is crucial as to how we represent our Lord.
