Written Down on the chambers of our Hearts

Jeremiah 31:31-34

“These things happened to them as examples and were written down as warnings for us, on whom the culmination of the ages has come.” 1 Corinthians 10:11

Context: Deuteronomy 11: 18-21 & Deuteronomy 27: 1-8

Focus:“You shall therefore lay up these words of mine in your heart and in your soul, and you shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes.” Deuteronomy 11: 18

“And on the day you cross over the Jordan to the land that the Lord your God is giving you, you shall set up large stones and plaster them with plaster. And you shall write on them all the words of this law, when you cross over to enter the land that the Lord your God is giving you, a land flowing with milk and honey, as the Lord, the God of your fathers, has promised you”. Deuteronomy 27: 2-3

According to God’s Word we are to keep His words foremost in our hearts and minds, always visible while writing it down with our hand.
When I wrote “His Abide” it was with excitement, as I placed God first, He was revealing hidden treasures ; opening up scriptures to me.   I became ravenous for more of Him; and so as He promised to all who believe, He shared things to come. John 16:13

Like the Israelites who highlighted God’s Word etched in stone,  I love to write scripture on cards, with vinyl on cups, glass, displayed,  making it visible and handled in the most practical ways.

How to Abide in His Word

Recently, I attended a woman’s breakfast where the speaker shared how obeying God’s Word changed her life.  She shared how she went from complete bankruptcy to starting all over by meditation upon God’s Word, and as she obeyed, He showed her how to get His Word out- plastering it on silver/gold, and on leather;  binding it as priceless jewelry as a bracelet on the wrist and chains around the neck and as rings on the hand and inscriptions upon the ears. He has multiplied her work while multiplying His Word.
She gives 25% of the sells to those in need.    Deuteronomy 11:  18-21

Counterfeit to binding it on our minds, our hearts and our hands is believing the many ideologies of mankind.  When the antichrist appears he will make everyone take the mark of the beast which is a human number of deceit – 666. If you don’t have this number on your head or your hand you will not be able to buy or sell anything.  But with those in faith  it is impossible to receive the “mark”  of the beast, for they are sealed for redemption, and nothing can steal them away.  Matthew 6:33, Revelation 13: 16-17, John 10:28-30
