We cannot remove sin which separates us from God. Jesus Christ took upon Himself the punishment for all our sins. Without the shedding of blood we are doomed to eternal death. But through faith in what Jesus Christ accomplished on the cross: God’s sacrifice and atonement for the forgiveness of sin,we have eternal life. “For the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus.”
Even if I were cleansed of all diseases, If I die in my sins I reap eternal death and accountable to God and His judgment. But through faith in Jesus Christ we pass from darkness to light and from death to life. Jesus said, ” I am the way, the Truth and the Life. No one can come to the Father except through me” Mukamir, read the book of John in the New Testament of the Bible. Ask God to open your eyes to the truth as you read. We can neither save ourselves or cleanse ourselves, but Jesus Christ has made this possible by His death and resurrection.

Thank you for your comment. I’ve also heard how after the body remained in tombs the family would after a year go in and remove the bones and place them in a box as you mentioned.
This was a custom of families so they could continue using the family tomb.
      “The ossuary
After visiting the tomb on the third day the body was left untouched for a year, by which time it had decomposed. The bones were then collected and stored in an ossuary, a ‘bone box’, with the large bones at the bottom and the smaller bones and skull placed on top.”
