The War on the Innocent

How Our Laws Defend the Guilty

There are some who would advocate there is a war against American women. But quite the opposite is true. It is our children who are under attack from the time they are conceived. And laws that were once in place to protect them are gradually fading away. For the devaluation of innocent human life has snowballed since the Supreme Court Decision of legalizing abortion on demand. Therefore, the devaluation has trickled down to affect the lives of babies and children throughout the United States, affording increasingly less representation and protection under our laws and constitution. Our country’s laws are rapidly changing to defend the guilty rather than the innocent. Matthew 19:14, Exodus 23:7

The Judgment Against the Innocent
In my article, “An Unnatural Affection”, I’ve discovered evidence of an unnatural affection towards animals replacing the natural affection towards children. More laws are being made to protect animals and more justices are interpreting laws in defense of them rather than their innocent victims.
(Romans 1: 22-25)
Recently, a judge in Sarasota, Florida declared the “Severe Dog Bite Law” unconstitutional in a case where a four year old child was severely injured. i
(“Unconstitutional”? I thought the constitution was established for the rights of people not animals!)
The dog chewed off a large portion of the child’s ear causing lifelong disfigurement and necessitating reconstructive surgery. Please view the page describing the child’s emotional state and his physical injury. ii

Florida’s Severe Dog Bite Law- Under Attack
Under Florida’s “Severe Dog Bite Law” children under six years old are exempt from the negligence clause (act of provocation) . But Judge Andrew Owens ruled on behalf of the dog’s owner, a Veterinarian in his appeal to the court. What was the dog’s defense? He was provoked to attack because the young child followed him as he wandered around in the Vet’s clinic. According to a recent article ii, the Vet knew that his dog was aggressive towards children but gave permission for the child to play with his dog. According to the parents’ attorney, the dog had been aggressive at least three times prior to the attack.

I am amazed that a Veterinarian  would allow his unfriendly pet dog to roam around without restraint throughout his clinic. Since he is an animal specialist, you would think he would have known better. I’ve witnessed small children many times playfully pulling at a dog’s tail without any provocation. In fact, the dog would even allow much abuse from their innocent playing. There are some dogs which you cannot train to get along with children because of their breed and temperament. Then there are dogs who get along with children even when they are playfully pulling at their ears, tail and hair. It is the responsibility of the dog owner to know his/her dog’s temperament and protect innocent children. It is not the responsibility of a child to predict the dog’s temperament. The injury of the child was brought about by the Vet’s own negligence.

Loving Animals more than Children is Immoral
What is sinister and immoral about this incident is the public’s sympathy  for the dog rather than the child. Some who commented on a web page even were praying for the dog to escape euthanasia while the child was undergoing emotional trauma and physical pain.

Sympathy for the Attacker
Another recent article mentions the trauma experienced by the Vet and how his dog will no longer be allowed to roam freely throughout the clinic, “as if it was the child’s fault”. The Vet mentions how his dog comforted other animals who were afraid to come to the clinic, by greeting them at the door, but unfortunately he won’t be allowed to do that anymore. Nothing is mentioned about how his dog was allowed to greet this child. And now there are even Florida legislators working to change the law to defend more dogs from euthanasia, even when it would prevent children from future dog attacks. iii

The Foul Spirit
There appears to be a foul spirit influencing these decisions which has come about by animal advocates who seek to save the lives of all animals even at the cost of injury and even lost of human life.  Dog attacks are increasing while laws protecting their victims are decreasing. Even where there are laws protecting people from such injury there are justices who sympathize with the animal. iv  (Ephesians 6:12)

Dogs are Animals
Dogs are animals and not human beings. Mankind was made in God’s image, not animals. Therefore, we must treat them as such and stop this madness! Animals were created for mankind, not mankind for animals. But through the persuasiveness of  humanistic-evolutionists  we equate them as human beings and are giving them the same rights.
(Romans 1:25, Genesis 1:26)

“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.”  Ephesians 6:12

Only God’s Power Can Save Our Children
How can anyone expect the Lord to protect our nation when we refuse to protect the innocent ? Please join me in praying for our children and for more of us to take a stand in defense of their precious lives. It is only through a relationship with Jesus Christ we have the power to overcome the evil in this land. For it is not by any other power except His Holy Spirit where His Kingdom prevails. (Zechariah 4:6, Luke 18:16, John 15:5)

Please Pray
“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14

That is just stupid. That is NOT what is referred to as an “unnatural affection”. It’s talking about sickos who have sex with animals…

    • The scriptures I have referred in reference to an unnatural affection do not relate to what I am referring to as another form of an unnatural affection. I am removing those scriptures. It is important to only refer to Gods word within its context. Thank you.
