Please be Informed: When it comes to deciding on a presidential candidate or party  you owe it to yourself,  family and country to understand where the presidential candidates stand on the most important issue: LIFE – Quoting a political Ad or reciting a popular “Mantra” is not being informed.

Issue No. 1:  Most Republicans are against abortion except in the case of rape/ incest or the life of the mother.

Most Democrats and former candidate, Hillary Clinton are for unlimited abortion  including up to the baby’s birth and beyond.  When President Obama was a Illinois State Senator he headed a committee that opposed banning “Live Birth Abortion”- which allows a viable aborted baby, still living following delivery, to die without any means of support. Hillary Clinton and Nancy Pelosi are for abortion without limitation. The democratic party along with some Republicans are for funding abortions with our tax dollars.

“Obama voted against three bills stating that anyone “born alive at any stage of development” is considered a “person” under Illinois state law including those born as a result of “abortion.” He did this in the face of sworn testimony from Illinois nurses who witnessed aborted newborns living and being neglected for up to eight hours after birth. Many Democrats also defended “Partial Birth Abortion’ where a full term baby is killed by means of extracting the brains of the unborn child before he/she is delivered. Most national republican representatives voted to ban this horrific legal abortion procedure

During the  1970’s I was a donor and a director of  a Mother’s Milk Bank. When women learned that breast-milk could save a baby’s life women began donating their  breast-milk to sick and premature babies at a local  Children’s Hospital. One baby who received the milk weighed only one pound. This baby’s life was saved.   Later, in 2009 I supported a mother whose baby  was two months premature.  No one thought to ask the question on whether or not  these babies were human or if they deserved to live.   Yet, it happens everyday that the same baby is aborted and if survives is left to die. A woman’s right to kill her innocent unborn child through full term is the most barbaric act witnessed in our country’s history.

 Think before you vote: As the democrats once eloquently sited during the Bill Clinton campaign, “It’s the economy, stupid!”
One should say, No, it’s about Life, “Don’t be ignorant!”.

May God have mercy on us as a nation and especially as “women” if we do not defend innocent human life with our vote.

Final Note:  During the 2008 campaign  the  Democratic Party  deleted the word “God” from their platform.  It would be important for them to know  that He’s still alive and very well, even if their ignorance persuades them to think otherwise.
